Free US domestic shipping on orders $100 and up!
All other shipping rates for US orders: First Class Mail - $3.75. Priority Mail - rates vary.
International shipping prices vary.
Shipping is done through USPS as either
First Class Mail, Priority Mail, First Class Mail International, or Priority Mail International. A tracking number will be included.
Please keep in mind that First Class Mail is not insured. If you would like your package to be insured than please select Priority Mail.
Items are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item (14 days for countries in Europe by law). In this case, the buyer pays for the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must include the packing slip.
Please note that a full refund of your purchase may be requested. However if your item has already been shipped, then shipping cost is non refundable (countries in Europe are exempt from this by law).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (countries in Europe are exempt from this by law).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that your returned item will be received.
